When’s the last time you checked out the Maumee When’s the last time you checked out the Maumee Bay Brewing Co? I didn’t realize the extent of their menu! They have so many options including vegan ones like their chickpea smash wrap, a unique twist on a falafel, and even a veganized BLT. Thank you chef! My suggestion is to build a beer sampler to experience at least six of @mbaybrew’s options while you’re deciding which tasty treat to eat. My personal favorite was the Total Eclipse Breakfast Stout which is infused with espresso from @flyingrhinocoffee. #toledoeats

Eating a whole-food, plant-based diet can bring challenges when dining out, especially at a steakhouse. Looking at the menu ahead of time, I thought I would be limited to steamed vegetables.
